THe house is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach and close to public beach access.
All of the 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Master is a King and Bunk bed, Bedroom 2 is a Queen, Bedroom 3 is a queen, Bedroom 4 is a queen, Bedroom 5 is a Bunk bed and living area has a futon for a maximum of 12 guests.Wifi and Cable TV are included. All furniture and bedding are brand new!
Dining room seats a total of 10 at the main table, three more at the breakfast bar and a four top near the living area. This beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful week's stay!
With Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona and all of the Orlando attractions only one hour a way, home provides the perfect option for the traveler who wants to experience everything Orlando has to offer, but wants to stay beachside during most of their stay.
