CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

When renting the 2nd house on the property for the same time, ask Property Manager about available discounts.
Rent cleaning and tax is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival and payable by check or money order.

Minimum age of primary renter - 25 Years Old
No bookings accepted more than a year in advance unless pre-approved by property manager. ESAN/SVAN paperwork required prior to acceptance.
